Yes, it’s true, finally we get an inside look into Narnia, and it’s creator, C.S. Lewis, through the eyes of his stepson, the aforementioned Douglas Gresham. In an exclusive interview with Christianity Today columnist Mark Morning, Gresham relates his early life with Lewis, or “Jack”, as he was better known to his friends. The interview is divided into two parts; in the first, Gresham talks about C.S. Lewis’ private life, and gives a new angle on how Lewis really lived. In second, Gresham talks about his experience of working with Walden Media and the cast and crew of the upcoming film, ‘The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe’. Another inside look on how he helped to preserve Lewis’ original vision of the books.
You can read the first
And the second
Enjoy!

thanks for coming by and leaving a comment! I must agree with you that “Goodbye, Goodnight” is absolutely genius and the one of the best drinking songs around! Haha…thanks for bringing these links to my attention. I did not know that Gresham was a co-producer. I was so happy to see that! I was starting to worry that the film would not be what it needed to be to represent my favorite author. Anyways, thanks again!

That was a great article. I love the unorthodox people… This is my favorite quote:
“The problem with evangelical Christianity in America today, a large majority of you have sacrificed the essential for the sake of the trivial. You concentrate on the trivialities—not smoking, not drinking, not using bad language, not dressing inappropriately in church, and so on. Jesus doesn’t give two hoots for that sort of b***. If you go out and DO Christianity, you can smoke if you want, you can drink if you want—though not to excess, in either case.”
PS Mr. Why gave me a some of your music to listen to. I think its fabulous!

Only three weeks until the movie comes out. I am so excited!! I am wondering, am I the only one who spent lots of imagination time in the land of Narnia? Those stories were a part of my life when I was young. I think we watched the A&E movies two or three times a year. I am excited to see if the new movie does the story justice!
